Delete your account
Updated app: My Account → Delete Account → enter DELETE. Recent sign-in may be required. Signing out is not deletion. If an older version lacks the button or you cannot sign in, email us from your registered address with the subject ‘JustABitSmarter account deletion’; we verify identity first.
Necessary accounting records remain for seven years after account/game data deletion; daily backups rotate over up to seven days. Review entitlement and retention details in the policy. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or sign-in verification links.
Under-18 players currently have offline play only; the online parental-consent service is not available.
